Entry Convenience List for Chinese Citizen with Ordinary Passport in Relevant Countries and Regions

        Recently, Consular Affairs updated the Entry Convenience List for Chinese Citizen with Ordinary Passport in Relevant Countries and Regions (until March 7th, 2016) on the website of China Consular Affairs Service and informed exit-entry frontier inspection organizations to provide support to relevant persons in departure. Please carefully read the file attached, consult relevant embassies and consulates in China or enter the government websites of relevant countries and regions for specific regulations and requirements, prepare documents required or go through necessary procedures in order to avoid any inconvenience during entry.
I.Countries with Mutual Exemption of Visa (6)
   The Republic of San Marino, Mauritius, Seychelles, Fiji, Grenada, Bahamas
II.Countries and Regions Allow Chinese Citizen to Enter without Visa (13)
   Asia (2): Indonesia, Korea (Jeju Island and other places)
   Africa (1): Reunion
   America (7): Antigua and Barbuda, Ecuador, Haiti, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands (British Oversea Territory), Turks and Caicos Islands (British Oversea Territory), Jamaica, Dominica
   Oceania (3): Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan and other places), Samoa, French Polynesia
III.Countries and Regions Allow Chinese Citizens to Transact Visa on Arrival (36)
   Asia (19): United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Lebanon, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Brunei, Iran, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh
(Note: Indonesia is the country where visa-free entry and visa on arrival are both allowed for Chinese Citizens)
   Africa (11): Egypt, Togo, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Comorin, Cote d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritania, Tanzania, Uganda
   (Note: Sierra Leone suspended the visa on arrival policy on January 28th, 2016. It will be informed once the new policy is published.)
  America (3): Guyana, Surinam, Saint Helena (British Oversea territory)
  Oceania (3): Palau, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
